成立于2012年，负责信息化建设、网络安全规划的编制和组织实施；重大项目和信息网络安全项目的调研、论证、申报和组织实施；信息化软件开发及信息系统、网络、硬件设备、各类音频、影像等的管理；相关设施、设备及配件的采购。其成员先后参与了本院实验室信息管理系统（LIMS）、科学数据管理系统(SDMS)、办公自动化系统(OA)、资产管理系统等信息化系统和网络的建设，目前本院信息化相关工作在国内药检系统中处于领先水平。

　　The Information Technology Department was established in 2012. It is responsible for the planning and implementation of information system and network security, and investigation, demonstration, declaring and implementation of major projects and information network security projects. it is the managment of information software development and information system, network, hardware equipment, all kinds of audio, video and other related facilities, equipment and accessories. The members in our department have successfully participated in the construction of the information systems and networks such as the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), the Scientific Document Management System (SDMS), Office Automation (OA) and the asset management system. At present, our IT-related works take the leading position within the domestic drug control system.
